All Oxxy baby footwear conforms to the highest standards of quality control.  It is normal to expect wear and tear, however if despite good maintenance you experience problems, you can always contact us and we will investigate any faults.

Complaints
Complaints will only be considered up to 6 months after the purchase date.
Complaints that we do not reimburse are:
Wear of the soles and all external surfaces caused by frequent use
Wear of leather caused by frequent use
Scuffs on the leather caused by crawling, walking, playing etc.
Separation and losing of decorations
Due to the environmental dying proceed used during manufacturing the natural dye on the inside of the shoe may run onto the child’s socks or feet, this is not harmful.
